Yep, what the title says. Haven't been here in a while so I felt I might as well blog these. Also, exams are coming up... I have no idea why I'm not worried.

Revelation
Your eyes
are so beautiful tonight,
watching me drown
at the bottom
of a glass.

Reminds me
of how I rose
for the promise
of a sunrise
the day you
laid me down,
and tore us apart.

Patience

The wind blows,
leading eyes on
to the leash
of a freed balloon,
gloriously out of place
in a small churchyard.

Footsteps laugh around me,
torn from where
we should be,
and yet I wait.

Suddenly I'm cold.
